I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff at the water park were fantastic and really made our day enjoyable, but the room conditions were quite disappointing, with issues like a bad smell and maintenance problems. While the pool area was a lot of fun for the kids, the check-in process and room cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, while the location is great for families, the room issues made it hard to truly enjoy my stay.

Our family vacation had some ups and downs. The water park was a blast for the kids, and the accommodations offered decent prices. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was concerning, and we experienced quite a few maintenance issues. Overall, it's an affordable base with potential but definitely needs improvement for a more comfortable stay.
